Ola! Circa un mese fa ho partecipato ad un concorso, si chiama Sacre Visioni, mi ero classificata per la mostra e oggi sono arrivati i risultati per i 3 vincitori.. non sono tra quelli, ma non importa, sono molto felice di aver fatto parte di una mostra e non mi aspettavo di più. Finalmente posso postare la foto del mio dipinto in concorso! ok non sono tra i vincitori ma spero possa piacervi comunque!
Il tema del concorso era questo:
"I concorrenti dovranno presentare opere aventi soggetto sacro, da cui possa emergere la
loro posizione e percezione riguardo al tema religioso, in un’epoca contemporanea
contraddistinta da una declinante attenzione verso gli aspetti spirituali della vita. È proprio
all’arte che da sempre l’uomo affida il bisogno ancestrale di raffigurare la sacralità, poiché
nella sua natura creativa e simbolica è riscontrabile una tensione verso l’infinito e verso
l’assoluto. Gli artisti contemporanei che producono , tuttavia, difficilmente riescono
ad affrancarsi da una tradizione iconografica divenuta ormai sterile. “Sacre Visioni”
suggerisce la possibilità di promuovere un’arte religiosa adeguata allo spirito moderno e alla
peculiare sensibilità individuale di ogni artista, attualizzando la tradizione senza snaturarla e
senza stravolgere l’equilibrio richiesto dalla religiosità."
Erano ammesse tutte le tecniche, ho deciso di dipingere ad olio, questo è il primo quadro ad olio che finisco quindi è un enorme traguardo per me, spero vi piaccia! Buona Giornata a tutti!

About a month ago I participated in a contest, it's called Sacred Visions, I was classified for the exibition and today i got the results for the 3 winners .. i'm not among them, but no matter, I am very happy to have been part of a show and I don't expect more. Finally I can post the photo of my painting! ok it isn't among the winners but I hope you enjoy it anyway!
The theme of the contest was this:
"Competitors must present works with sacred subjects, from which will emerge their position and perception relating to religion in the contemporary era characterized by a declining attention to the spiritual aspects of life. It is precisely on the
art that the man always entrusts the ancestral need to depict the sacredness, as creative and symbolic in its nature is found voltage to the infinite and to the absolute. Contemporary artists who produce sacred art, however, can hardly
free itself from an iconographic tradition that has become sterile. "Sacred Visions" suggests the possibility of promoting religious art adequate to the modern spirit and
special sensitivity of each individual artist, discounting the tradition without distorting and without upsetting the balance required by religion. "
They were allowed any techniques, I decided to paint with oils, this is the first oil painting I finish so it's a huge milestone for me, I hope you like it! Good Day to all! And Really sorry for my english!
